NetCom added one more feather to its wing in 2005 with the opening up of its 24
hour Call Centre the first of its kind in this part of the country. At present
we are catering to the needs of our client and telecom giant Aircel.
The
call centre is 24 hours live with three different shifts and has employee strength
of more than 120 people and provides the subscribers of Aircel across the North-East
India with customer care facilities ranging from solving troubleshooting their
problems to making them aware of the various schemes and offers. We also have
an outbound service which looks after the outbound needs of our client.
With
futuristic approach to the business we are planning to very soon set up an International
Call Centre. |
