The State Legislative Assembly Information Management System (SLAIMS) is an Online Information Management System allowing members/users to Access Proceedings and all Information pertaining to the State Legislative Assembly. The system provides instant and Up-to-date information related to the State Assembly. As the volume of data available is huge and vast, retrieving required Information becomes cumbersome. To overcome such problems, the System will incorporate an advanced customizable Search Engine, which will return only documents of interest. The user can view the summary of search results or documents before viewing the Document. The system will also incorporate an advanced backup and restoration facilities in cases of System Crash. Though most of the information related to Assembly is accessible by general public, some information is highly confidential. The system provides a secured login feature allowing only members to access crucial information.

This Software has been prepared to keep track of MPLADS funds which comes from Govt of India. The Hon’ble MP distributes the funds to his/her constituency through NODAL DC Office. The Software keeps track of Details of Fund Received from Govt of India for the Scheme, Details of Schemes / Project being currently Implemented, Details of various implementing agency, Financial Details of each Scheme and Project under MPLADS, Customised Report Generation for Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MP, Statistical Reports with regards to MPLADS, Details of Inspection done by Officers for a Scheme along with Photographs.

High Court Case Information System

The Case information system has been developed for Guwahati High Court. The System keeps track of entire information of a Case from its registration through various stages (listings, disposal etc) till the case is Closed. The system has been developed keeping in mind the need and method of work at Guwahati High Court. The System can be later on upgraded to an e-enabled Site so as people can access the limited information through Guwahati High Court Web site. This will help not only the high court judges and staff who can access the information irrespective of the place from where they are accessing it and also for general public who can access the site from any cyber café etc ….without physically coming to the court and looking for information. Also, there is aprovision in the software for incorporating new modules and Reports as and when the need arises.
