The
IVRS is an automated complaint
lodging system, which automatically receives
and answers calls from a caller, without
an individual manually monitoring a call.
The gadget prompts certain messages, whereby
a caller on pressing certain numbers from
his handset can lodge a complaint, which
gets stored in a database computer. These
database, which comprises of daily complaints
from certain areas can be checked by concerned
officials through the interface.Every caller
is given a unique docket number with the
help of which, the status of complaint can
be checked at any point of time.
The main advantage of this
system is this that it automatically manages
calls from callers without the involvement
of an individual thus saving time and utilizing
the same for other productive works.
SSNC provides customised
solution for this system also with the help
of which a user can opt for both English
and Hindi with their specific requirements
for a complaint lodging system or any other
